Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a highly organized seasonal HR Assistant to join the team at the Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role supports daily HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR support experience, knowledge of HR principles and employment laws, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role; warehouse/distribution environment a plus.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions for the HR staff including maintaining accurate employment files.
• Process status changes, terminations, and update employee information in HR systems.
• Support payroll processing through data entry and coordination with the payroll team.
• Review and maintain employee files.
• Compile data from the HRIS system and prepare reports.
• Screen telephone calls and incoming mail.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive seasonal HR Assistant to join our team at our Las Vegas Distribution Center. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department and acts as a key point of contact for employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, approachable, and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Perform clerical functions for the HR staff including maintaining accurate employment files
• Process status changes, terminations, and update employee information in HR systems.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role; warehouse/distribution environment a plus.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, Dimensions).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
