Job summary

Robbers Cave State Park is seeking a Seasonal Housekeeping/Custodial Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This part-time, seasonal role involves cleaning, sanitizing, stocking supplies, moving furniture, and supporting daily operations while following safety guidelines.

The position requires at least 16 years of age, and some locations may require a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Some locations will require a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums, waxes, and polishes building floors, walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, and hardware.
• Cleans and sanitizes washrooms and bedrooms, keeps washrooms supplied with paper, towels and soap.
• Collects and disposes of trash and garbage.
• Moves equipment and furniture such as beds, tables, and chairs in order to clean effectively.
• Stocks housekeeping supplies.
• Observes and reports safety violations; actively participates in emergency situations.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support daily operations and agency needs.
