Century Casinos Inc. is seeking a housekeeping staff member to maintain clean guest rooms and spaces daily, ensuring a remarkable guest experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Change all dirty bed linens
• Replace used towels
• Dusting surfaces
• Replenish amenities in rooms and lobby
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and ready for check-in
• Stock housekeeping cart at shift start/end
• Visually inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them
• Bring down dirty linen and towels for washing
• Assist coworkers with room cleaning
• Follow all SOPs and policies in place
• Follow safety and security measures in place
• Occasional laundry duties
• Stock storage areas as needed
• Comply with reasonable requests from management

The employee in this position is responsible for providing and maintaining clean guest rooms and spaces for guests and staff on a daily basis. All employees are required to practice customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Change all dirty bed linens
• Replace used towels
• Dusting
• Replenish amenities offered in rooms/lobby
• Ensure that all assigned rooms are clean and ready to be checked into
• Stock housekeeping cart at beginning/end of shift
• Inspect rooms visually for any maintenance issues that need to be reported
• Bring down dirty linen/towels
• Assist coworkers with their rooms
• Follow all SOP and Policies that are in place
• Follow all safety and security measures that are in place
• Occasional laundry
• Stock storage areas when needed
• Comply with all reasonable requests made by management

Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
• Must have great customer service skills - all of our positions come into contact with guests!
