Best Buy’s Geek Squad Installation Helper accompanies agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics. You’ll support the team by integrating with customers and handling product guidance.

You will work in a seasonal, part-time capacity, lifting up to 75 pounds alone and 150 pounds with a team, and participate in in-store and on-site activities with a focus on safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations for products and services.
• Work independently or in a two-person team and manage paperwork and payments.
