Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Geek Squad Installation Helper in Sarasota, FL to join a team delivering, installing, repairing and hauling away electronics at customers’ homes. You’ll assist seasoned Agents with hands-on tasks focused on consumer electronics.

The role is occasional-seasonal, with the option to work solo or in a two-person team, and involves advising on product placement and completing in-home services and paperwork. Must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations on product, service and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payment.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
