Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Westfield Annapolis. You’ll support the Santa photo experience, guide the team, and help guests have joyful moments while operations run smoothly.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll open and close venues, train new staff, troubleshoot issues, operate the POS and photography equipment, and ensure safety and quality across busy holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and elevate to IT or management as needed.
• Assist with training and recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
