Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. in Natick Mall is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Elevator Express. You will lead the Santa photo set, welcome families, assist with photos, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or management.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and Escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
