Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Cape Cod Mall to guide the Santa photo set team, welcome families, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This on-site role is based in Hyannis, MA, and offers flexible scheduling during the holiday season. Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, have a positive attitude, and can handle cash transactions with accuracy while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home. Photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
