Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for Oak Brook, IL to greet families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets. You will provide warm guest service and support a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Position offers flexible scheduling, on-site work at Oak Brook Center, and potential for growth beyond the season. Prior retail or service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift 10–25 pounds.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Availability to work minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
