Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Fort Collins is hiring a Sales Associate/Photographer to create magical Santa photo experiences for families. You’ll welcome guests, engage with kids, and capture moments while delivering warm guest service from start to finish.

Photography experience is not required; the role offers flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as part of a fun, fast-paced seasonal team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift/carry 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable greeting families and children; strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to process sales and handle cash; professional appearance and hygiene.
• Available for training and peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed; prior retail/service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set, making families feel welcomed and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
