Cherry Hill Programs in North Attleborough, MA, is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help run our Santa photo sets. You will greet families, engage with children, and deliver warm, festive service while capturing memorable holiday moments.

No photography experience required; training provided. You’ll work a flexible schedule, support photo operations, handle sales at the POS, and enjoy perks like same-day pay and referral rewards as part of a fun, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Ages 16+ required.
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable greeting and engaging with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and transactional processes.
• Professional attire and good hygiene expected.
• Willingness to attend training and complete courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Available to work min 20 hours/week or as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
