Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA, seeks a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments on our photo sets. You’ll deliver warm guest service, help operate POS and photography gear, and support a smooth, joyful experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What You'll Do:
