Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Coral Square in Coral Springs, FL. You’ll greet families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments while ensuring a joyful photo experience for every guest.

No photography experience is required; training is provided. You’ll operate the POS and photography equipment, deliver outstanding guest service, and be part of a fast-paced, festive team with flexible hours and growth opportunities for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are required.
• Willing to attend training and complete courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age


• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children


• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling


• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must


• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses


• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed


• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
