Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Auburn Mall to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments. You’ll help ensure a smooth photo experience, provide warm guest service, and contribute to a joyful holiday environment.

The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for same-day paycheck access, and perks for you and your family during the season. Prior retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For
