Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at West Valley Mall in Tracy, CA. You will support a Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable photo experience for families during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction role.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment testing, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, training and recruiting as needed.
