Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in delivering memorable Santa experiences and high-quality photo services during the holiday season. You will help with daily photo operations, coaching seasonal staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, setup, testing, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and assist guests with selecting memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
