Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead a team, oversee daily photo operations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

This part-time role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 40 hours per week. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, training, and collaboration with venue partners to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily photo operations and sales efforts to deliver great guest experiences.
• Create staff schedules and ensure coverage for shifts during peak periods.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members for the seasonal period.
• Oversee site operations and respond promptly to calls and emails.
• Drive sales, ensure cash handling accuracy, and verify deposits.
