Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer at Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will welcome families, engage with children, and help create magical Santa photo moments, delivering warm, friendly service from arrival to checkout.

Responsibilities include taking photos, operating the POS and photography equipment, ensuring a safe, enjoyable guest experience, and supporting photo operations with a team during busy periods.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work independently or with a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales and handle cash.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Available for training and required courses.
• Flexible to work peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week; seasonal role.
• Retail, service or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
