Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua to lead a fast-paced photo team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch guest experiences during peak season.

You'll schedule, recruit, train, and coach staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with host venues to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service for families visiting Santa and enjoying photos.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build strong relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
