Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for the South Shore location in Bay Shore, NY. You will lead a team responsible for photo operations, guest experiences, and sales during the holiday season.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, operations oversight, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, holiday-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience leading retail or guest-service teams preferred.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Recruit, train and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and sales performance at the site.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails and maintain deposits.
