Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication, while fostering a collaborative environment across departments.

You will train employees, ensure adherence to safety policies, and manage resources to maximize output and efficiency. Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred, with management experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience in management or supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, and evaluations for department personnel.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
