Job summary

Stjosephschoolbcs is hiring head coaches to manage athletic teams and develop players in a faith-centered environment. Coaches will be responsible for team management, training, and creating a positive atmosphere.

This role requires prior coaching experience, a high school education, and compliance with the Diocese of Austin's standards. The position involves collaboration, communication, and flexibility with working hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must maintain compliance with Diocese of Austin EIM policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the philosophy of Catholic education.
• Instruct athletes about proper strategy and skills.
• Perform administrative tasks as required by the athletic director.
