Job summary

Six Flags Fiesta Texas seeks a Fright Fest Haunt Technician to operate and maintain a haunted house, support load in/out for Fright Fest 2026, and perform routine checks and repairs. You will work with the Entertainment Technical Services Team to ensure a smooth daily operation during all Fright Fest days.

Requires HS diploma (theater background preferred) and prior entertainment experience. Expect 25–30 hours per week with potential overtime and varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Theater background preferred.
• Entertainment/Theme Park experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and varying shifts.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties for the assigned haunt.
• Monitor guest activities via CCTV systems.
• Inspect scenic elements, lighting, and effects daily.
• Repair issues quickly to ensure safe guest experience.
• Assist with load-in, setup, and load-out for Fright Fest 2026.
• Coordinate with stage/production management on issues or safety.
• Maintain daily sign-off checklists for the haunt.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
