Lids is seeking energetic seasonal sales team members to engage customers and deliver a high-energy, fun shopping experience. You will help customers find hats and apparel, maintain product displays, and support store operations in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and alignment with Lids’ brand standards. Prior retail experience is a plus, with flexible hours and an on-site work setting.
