Lids Sports Group is seeking Seasonal Sales Help to energize customers, guide product choices, and uphold our in-store presentation across our retail locations. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional Lids experience with friendly service and product knowledge.

As a member of the team, you will help achieve revenue goals, maintain store standards, and participate in inventory and procedures while enjoying employee discounts and career development opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue — Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue — Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue — Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue — Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses — Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses — Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses — Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses — Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Control Expenses — Other duties as assigned.
