• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service; meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics; engage in store maintenance per visual guidelines; maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect company assets; participate in store inventory management and shipments; assist with accurate product counts; adhere to policies and guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
