Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Rework Laborer for a fast-paced seasonal harvest project in Durant, IA. Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday with Saturdays as needed, and pay is $18.00 per hour on a weekly-pay schedule.

You will lift and set seed bags onto a conveyor, inspect for quality, hang bags to fill on the packaging scale, sew bags, and help position pallets for shipping. We offer weekly pay, health benefits for you and your family, PTO, attendance incentives, referral bonuses,

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy seed bags and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lift and set seed bags onto a conveyor to the bag breaker.
• Inspect seeds on the table to monitor quality.
• Hang bags to be filled on the packaging scale.
• Sew bags after filling.
• Position bags on the palletizer to create a quality pallet.
• Possibility of computer/data entry when setting up systems for each process order.
