Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations and/or business operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled and comply with policies/regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, sampling, hoses and closures.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery; may involve bulk or packaged material.
• Monitor all load out functions and inventory quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards or issues.
• Perform grounds maintenance and warehouse duties as needed.
• Report customer complaints or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; participate in safety culture.
