Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and courteously.
• Forward unresolved complaints to management.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Assist customers with personalized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
