Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Hannaford To Go Department operations in the absence of the supervisor.
• Provide high standards of customer service and sales building.
• Maintain department appearance, safety, sanitation and food safety to the highest level.
• Delegate, assign and follow up for efficient performance.
• Provide real time teaching on Shopping or Expediting process issues.
• Report issues or concerns to the Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist in training and developing associates.
• Maintain communication with department and store management.
• Follow all company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
