Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and follow personal appearance policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly with priority to perishable items.
• Support and comply with all safety standards; report needed repairs; keep area safe.
• Bag or package merchandise for customer pickup according to policy.
• Control excessive use of store supplies; manage materials responsibly.
• Assist in cleanup of spills and hazards to prevent accidents.
• Be knowledgeable about produce merchandise and differentiate varieties.
• Record price discrepancies and not-on-file items on POS; request price checks per policy.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process various sales transactions per policy and regulatory requirements.
