Job summary

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Customer service oriented and courteous.
• Willing to work long hours, varied shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• CPR and/or First Aid training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of guest rooms.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow cleaning procedures and chemical usage guidelines.
• Stock housekeeping carts and prepare rooms to hotel standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to meet guest needs.
• Be punctual and ready for the start of each shift.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
