Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Seasonal Tea Server at our Denver location. The role runs from October 1, 2026 to January 30, 2027. You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming dining environment across beverage and food services.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong guest service skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods while safely lifting items. Flexibility with hours and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and hotel outlets.
• Operate POS system for orders and payments.
