Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Frederick, MD is seeking seasonal Guest Service Representatives, called Joy Creators, to help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure flawless fulfillment. Shifts run 8:30-3 and 2-7pm, October through January, with a chance to join the team permanently.

You’ll create a welcoming, joyful atmosphere, get trained in cake crafting and customer service, and enjoy benefits like flexible schedules and employee discounts.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about.

Shifts are 8:30-3 and 2-7pm. We are looking for seasonal Guest Service Representatives to work from October-January with the possibility to become a part of our team permanently!

You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
