Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking Joy Creators to welcome guests, assist with cake orders, and ensure every celebration is special. You’ll be part of a casual, friendly team and help keep the bakery running smoothly.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, and opportunities to learn cake crafting and career growth. Training is provided, and you’ll enjoy employee discounts and a positive, joyful work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations.

Responsibilities

Current Need for Shift Coverage: Flexibility is our greatest need. Someone who is open to working the early shifts (mornings/midday) on some days and the later shift (afternoons/early evenings) on other days. Weekend availability is also a MUST!

We request at least 20+ hours of weekly availability. We aim to keep schedules consistent, but can shift especially during our really busy periods leading up to major holidays! :)

Cross-training opportunities are available (and come with higher pay upon successful completion of training!)
