Responsibilities

• Maintain steady, even flow of seating for guests.
• Make and manage detailed guest reservations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests and special needs.
• Provide guests with approximate wait times and seating options.
• Seat guests considering reservations, workload and capacity.
• Hand out menus and provide highchairs when needed.
• Inform servers of seating and relay special requests.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Support smooth restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and follow up with supervisor if needed.
