Job summary

Buckle in Mobile, AL is hiring a part-time Store Support Teammate to help create a welcoming shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, answer questions, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete Guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Assist in merchandising tasks: preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable, reflecting Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
