Job summary

Coastal Farm & Ranch in Monroe, WA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, assist customers, answer questions, and help shoppers locate products.

You will maintain store appearance, support merchandising and signage, operate the POS, handle freight, and participate in housekeeping and loss prevention per company standards. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers find the location of products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of product knowledge information and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as vacuuming, replacing full trash bags with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
