Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, perform housekeeping, replenish stock, and coordinate with management on vendor needs. Flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays is required.

The role emphasizes safety, quality standards, and teamwork in a Fortune 500 environment with a focus on community and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills to operate POS and store systems.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and access all store areas.
• Ability to read/write for required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
