Job summary

The Store Support Teammate at Buckle in Noblesville, IN is responsible for fulfilling the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and performing a variety of sales support tasks under the Store Manager. This on-site, part-time role includes greeting guests, handling transactions, assisting merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist merchandising tasks, prepare displays, and organize fixtures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Support the Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser as needed.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
