Job summary

National Car Rental, a brand operated by Enterprise Mobility, is hiring for a Seasonal Greeter in Miami, FL. The role starts no earlier than November 1, 2026 and runs through April 30, 2027, with a 40-hour work week.

The greeter will deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process, welcome customers, direct them to exits and provide directions. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps, and provide return directions.
• Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits and communicate service issues to management.
