Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and key shopping days.
• Process Guest transactions using POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and respond appropriately to prevent theft.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for Guests.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and company policies in daily work.
• Support the mission to deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
