Target is hiring for Seasonal roles in our stores, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Style Consultant and more. You will be helping guests, stocking and merchandising, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

These roles require a friendly, team-oriented attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly guest service that supports a guest-first culture.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations to meet sales goals.
• Support weekend and holiday coverage with flexible scheduling.
