Job summary

Century Sales and Management LLC in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a hardworking Seasonal Grounds Technician to support property maintenance this summer. You will keep exterior areas neat by landscaping and trash disposal, and assist the maintenance team with basic interior tasks while meeting deadlines.

A reliable vehicle is required to travel to each property daily, mileage is paid, and shifts may be full-time or part-time over the summer.

Responsibilities

• Assists maintenance with basic interior tasks such as changing light bulbs and furnace filters.
• Calls for any major maintenance work needed.

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically minded individual to join our staff as a Seasonal Grounds Technician! The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude.
