Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated Temporary Seasonal General Laborer to support day-to-day field operations, including ground clearing, tree removal, vegetation management, and other general labor duties. This temporary role is expected to last approximately 6–10 weeks.

The position requires lifting 50–60 pounds, the ability to travel out of state, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–60 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a 5-year clean MVR.
• Ability to travel out of state and be gone for 2 weeks if needed.
• Temporary seasonal position; 6–10 weeks duration.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Large debris pickup.
• Performs mowing and weed-eating.
• Performs weed cutting and removal.
• Tree cutting experience is a plus.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
