Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements and have the physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Must successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug testing.
• Must complete safety and equipment-use training as applicable.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (I-9 verification).
• Must understand and follow English oral or written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, trails, pathways, and outdoor facilities.
• Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weeding, planting, irrigation support, and trail maintenance.
• Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials or equipment.
• Conduct light custodial work: clean common spaces, restrooms, offices, and the Community Center.
• Perform minor, non-technical repairs and upkeep (no licensed trades).
• Provide non-skilled agricultural labor: planting, weeding, harvesting, post-harvest handling, soil prep.
• Support farm infrastructure (e.g., fence repair, irrigation checks).
• Assist with setup, takedown, and general labor needs for community events.
• Maintain respectful interactions with residents and community members.
