Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce, as well as counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. You’ll provide excellent guest service, help guests find meal solutions, and maintain product quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include weighing and scanning, cash handling where appropriate, stocking, and assisting with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, what you’ll need: A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand needs and suggest meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist nearby guests throughout the day.
• Weigh, scan, and handle cash and provide change as appropriate.
• Collect shopping carts and assist with general housekeeping.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat options while maintaining quality.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
