Job summary

CHS Alma is seeking motivated individuals to join our team from September 1 - December 1, 2026. This seasonal role supports operations at a busy agricultural facility in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include general labor, loading/unloading, equipment operation, and maintaining safety and inventory. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required and include drug, criminal, and other checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading with sampling and hose connections.
• Operate warehouse equipment including loader and forklift to move inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
