CHS Inc is hiring for a seasonal grain team in Cheyenne Wells, CO. Start now through fall harvest; no prior experience required. Assist in daily operations, load/unload, and support trucking and rail activities to maximize efficiency and throughput.

Flexible schedules with potential for full-time at season end. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, handling equipment and inventory while following all policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations in agricultural or logistical settings.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile as directed.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars or trucks.
• Maintain quality and safety of inventory and facilities.
• Report safety concerns and follow all policies and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping and grounds maintenance as needed.
