Job summary

FS Grain, LLC in Buda, IL is seeking a Seasonal Grain Night Dryer operator to support elevator operations, including grain handling, drying, and maintenance. Under the direction of the location manager, you’ll ensure grain quality, run the grain drying system, and provide professional customer service to farmers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Experience with mechanical diagnosis, service, maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Basic computer skills to enhance grain handling.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Grain handling for incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
• Maintain grain quality, blending, and grain drying services.
• Housekeeping related to grain handling.
• Ensure OSHA/state/federal safety compliance and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
